The mind is a powerful thing and it is wonderfully made. It is the part of us that helps control our emotions based on our thoughts. It helps us move and regulates so many things.
It is also where we store our secrets of the bad things that happen to us. It’s where we get lost in thoughts when we’re worried, hurt or afraid of something.
Our minds can help us or hinder us. How do we achieve help? The first way is by being positive. Second we have to realize we are not perfect and we will make mistakes, but we can correct those and learn from them. Third we have to acknowledge that we need help and accept it.
