There are many definitions for the word “soul”.However, we are speaking about the entire person. The mind, body, and emotions equal the soul.
As we work to let go of the negative thoughts, memories and fears, we will replace them with positive thoughts, experiences and accomplishments. This foundation helps build a strong mental platform, which we use to carry us through live’s challenges.
Our body is what everyone sees. It can physically show strength and wellness. We will embrace this as we transform our bodies. In turn, we will have the second piece of the puzzle for peace.
Finally, we put everything together and our soul is at peace when we are positive thinkers with a healthy body. We let go and shed the negativity both mentally and physically.
Our mind, body and soul are at peace and we can live with purpose.
